Invitations

Next to the sidewalk along the main street of Woodstock is a sculpture that represents a heart.  When I am walking by, tourists will sometimes invite  me to make a photograph of them with the heart.  They hand me their cell phone.  I record the image  and hand back the phone.  It is an enjoyable experience

This is similar to the process I use when out photographing on my own.  When an invitation to record an image is sensed, a conversation is  started.  What ever is asked for, I am happy to oblige.  And I always say thank you.
